Xbox Game Pass in March 2023 is just getting started, with a couple more titles arriving right at the beginning of the month. Codemasters' latest F1 game was added to the service yesterday afternoon via EA Play, whilst Team Ninja's Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is now in the library as well!
Here's a bit more about what to expect from these new additions to Xbox Game Pass:
F1 22 (Console, PC)
"Take your seat for a new season as redesigned cars and overhauled rules redefine race day, test your skills around the new Miami International Autodrome, and get a taste of the glitz and glamour in F1 Life."
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty (Console, PC, Cloud)
"Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is a dramatic, action-packed story of a nameless militia soldier fighting for survival in a dark fantasy version of the Later Han Dynasty where demons plague the Three Kingdoms. Players fight off deadly creatures and enemy soldiers using swordplay based on the Chinese martial arts, attempting to overcome the odds by awakening the true power from within."

I've been playing Wo Long already and I'm enjoying it so far.
It actually kinda shrinks, considering that consistently more games seem to leave the service rather than being added.
@Kaloudz
Haha, that one took me a few (well, a lot of) tries. Keep your distance, and be patient. I used the podao instead of the sword I mainly used for more damage. I also levelled up a few times. You need to get the hang of parrying. At the beginning is hard, but you'll do it! If all else fails, you can always summon me! (I think? I haven't tried yet).
It was the hardest boss by far!
I've beaten fourth bosses so far, and I have to say, some tough enemies/mid-bosses kicked my ass harder than any proper boss.
Well, aside from the first one. But the effing flying peacock thingy... Geez. You'll know when you see it!
@Kaloudz
Oh yeah, deflecting, my bad. Too many hours of Yakuza, I just called it parry, haha.
Yeah, at that part there weren't so many enemies to level up, so I just killed a few normal ones, went back to the banner to heal+respawn enemies -> repeat.
There were three normal soldiers near. Two sword ones plus an archer. Also, check your items because you probably have a few exp ones if you haven't used them yet. It's not much but you gotta use them anyways.
@Kaloudz
Well, I'm gonna be Captain Obvious here and say those are the most important to deflect, haha. In my case I had the opossite problem, I was deflecting those pretty good (not perfect, mind you) but I was having problems with the normal, faster attacks.
Remember you also have the martial arts (RB+X) but that sometimes ends up being a double-edged sword with the bosses.
You probably also have a few spells unlocked. There was an Earth one that makes it so that you take less damage. I'm not sure if it makes much of a difference but I used it anyways.
I'm glad you're enjoying it! It's a good one.
@Kaloudz
I haven't been using them a lot to be honest.
I think you only need 2 points in Earth to unlock that one. I used it a lot at the beginning but now it's kinda forgotten.
Yeah, at least for me he was the hardest. There were a few big enemies that killed me waaay more times than the other bosses.
Okay, I'm no expert but from what I understood, as you attack and deflect enemies you damage their Spirit (the stamina in this game), deflecting seems to take off a lot of that. When the enemy has no Spirit left, it will appear like an orange dot if you're locking on on them and if you press Y you make a Fatal Strike, which does a lot of damage! Maybe you're pressing Y without realizing?
If not that, I'm not sure, the game has a lot of mechanics!
Sorry for the late reply!
I like Code Vein but dislike Wo Long combat. too reliant on deflect gimmick for bosses.
already uninstalled wo long lol
@BBB Free is always good imo cheers.
