The upcoming release of Deceive Inc. has definitely gone under the radar so far, but it's almost ready for a full launch on March 21st, and you can check it out ahead of time with this weekend's free open beta.
Deceive Inc. is described as a "multiplayer game of subterfuge" in which your goal is to "blend in, grab the objective and break out". Here's a bit more about what you can expect:
"Welcome to DECEIVE INC. , a private corporation with complete monopoly over the international espionage market. You can disguise yourself as anyone you meet in an instant, have access to state-of-the-art gadgets the rest of the world can only dream of and possess skills that would make Hollywood super spies jealous.
But you are not alone. Rival spies are after the same objective and every single one of them is as skilled, cunning and well-equipped as you are. Blend in, grab the objective and break out. In the end, only one spy can complete the mission and get the paycheck. Company policy."
The free beta is live from Friday, March 10th at 2pm ET until Tuesday, March 14th at 11am ET, and is available to play on Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S (along with various other platforms). Keep a look out on the Xbox Store!
You can check out the trailer for the beta at the top of this article, along with screenshots below:

I used to love Assassin’s Creed multiplayer back in the day. I might give this a go!
Can‘t find the demo in the store. 😕
Wow that trailer video got me pretty excite to try this this weekend. Thank You Pure Xbox for letting everyoen know about this or I am sure i woulda missed out on the Beta.
Where do you even download this thing? I cant find it on Xbox...
NVM it isi in the game store now, it is under Deceive INC Public Test
I had to search for it....but have played about 15 games, its not bad, but the combat I found frustrating, by the time I pulled out a turret and switched to my gun I was dead lol. not a bad demo....not amazing, but not bad.
I like the idea a lot, but although I can certainly understand this as a cool multiplayer modern Spy vs Spy game, I'd very much prefer PvE Co-op. Until then, I'll probably have to pass as my friends and I don't have the time to get good enough at PvP games
