Final Fantasy 7 Remake may still be MIA on Xbox platforms, but Square Enix seemingly has us covered - on Xbox Game Pass no less! The surprisingly popular PowerWash Simulator is getting free, official Final Fantasy 7 DLC in the form of the upcoming 'Midgar Special Pack'.
You read that right; gaming's favourite hosepipe sim is merging with the ever-popular JRPG series next month. The Midgar Special Pack comes to all platforms as a free update on March 2nd, which means Xbox Game Pass players can go hands on with some unexpected FF7 content soon.

Okay, okay, it's not what we all want — that'd be Final Fantasy 7 Remake to actually launch on Xbox — but still, you'll at least be able to clean up on five FF7-themed levels on Xbox in the very near future.
This is the game's second high profile crossover in a matter of weeks. Back in January, Lara Croft traded her iconic dual pistols for a handy water gun when a free Tomb Raider pack also came to PowerWash Simulator. Seriously, what will they think of next?
Will you be giving this free DLC a go on Game Pass? Let us know down below!

I'm currently playing FF7 Remake on Playstation. It's not a bad game but it is uncessarily padded out to the max. I'm 20 hours in and still have 6 chapters to go. Just want the game to end already.
@Chaudy th is is how they're justifying charging $200 dollars for it lol
But it can't wash away the dirty deal making associated with the franchise.
Hope to see more of these, they're really cool and being free is even better. Imagine if Xbox got one for Halo, Twisted Metal for PS, & F-Zero for Nintendo.
I think this is great news . I don’t care for any new achievements but I’m all for new things to clean . I just hope they bring it out on disc as I don’t buy many games , but do like to buy the ones I really enjoy . Doubt this will happen though unfortunately otherwise they would have done when they had recently released it on switch and ps5
