As if PowerWash Simulator wasn't already great enough, it's now getting a free Tomb Raider crossover!
Yes, on January 31st, the Tomb Raider Free Special Pack will be coming to PowerWash Simulator on Xbox Game Pass (and various other platforms), allowing you to "clean Lara Croft’s iconic home, grounds and trusty vehicles".
"You’ll ensure the Manor is in tip-top condition to host guests at one of Lara’s upcoming fundraising events, whilst she takes care of business elsewhere. As you prove yourself against Lady Croft’s exacting standards, you’ll transition from commissioned cleaner to trusted friend; being invited into more exclusive areas of the manor to clean treasures from around the world."
This Tomb Raider DLC will include a mini-campaign with a short story and five new levels — all for free!
If you haven't tried it yet, we think PowerWash Simulator is one of the best examples of the genre on Xbox, with our "Great" 8/10 review from last year calling it "a really chill addition to Xbox Game Pass".

That... is hilarious. I love this.
Is this the same mansion where you could trap the butler in the refrigerator in one of the older games?
Random, but very cool! Wonder what over ideas they have or if this is a one-off.
I'd love to hear that conversation between square and embracer. "Sure you can buy our entire Western operation for basically free at 300m. On just one condition. We retain the rights to tomb raider for power wash simulation dlc content."
How strange but cool. I think I will try this out. The nostalgia is strong with Tomb Raider so why not..
This is the collab I never knew I needed and now can't possibly live without.
She’s too busy finding ancient artefacts and exploring the world so somebody has to do it.
@Sebatrox Haven't you seen enough?
@Sebatrox @smoreon @Techno92LFC - Actually by now, Lara Croft would be old enough to be a dried up condescending biatch. I wouldn't want to clean her house 😆
@Prizm Only mid fifties- not exactly elderly by any stretch.
(Found the teenager/uni student!)
@smoreon "Only mid fifties"
That's exactly the age I'm talking about. And I'm way past Uni days 😆
@Prizm I was poking fun- I'd initially taken you for someone who thinks 50 is old.
I guess you were thinking of more of a "Karen" stereotype, as opposed to a "Granny" stereotype?
Seriously, though, I wouldn't mind if Crystal Dynamics continues with the same Lara (current, original, or Legend!) for a long time, instead of feeling the need to reboot everything and make her younger again. Actually, that could go for a lot of franchises, now that I think of it.
