Video: EA Showcases First 18 Minutes Of The 'Dead Space' Xbox Series X|S Remake

The fact that this is launching after Callisto Protocol is a blessing in disguise for the devs. There were a lot of complaints there. Motive can just implement the easy critiques of that game before DS's launch.

Make cut scenes skippable, tune the run speed, and dedicate a few more slots to item storage. Boom. You're golden.

@Boogaloo_Jenkins yup. Was looking forward to Callisto Protocol but after doing research and watching videos on the Pros and Cons I just want more Dead Space, and this will scratch that itch. This franchise was top 3 for me during the xbox 360 era (along with bioshock and fallout) so I cant wait.

@Kaloudz it certainly wasnt as good (2 is still the best) but i still enjoyed it. The problem was it went more action than horror and had co-op so it wanted to cater to another audience. I hold the first two in HIGH regard, however.

Looks absolutely stunning! Compared to Callisto, this is the real horror deal.

@Kaloudz It's the Resident Evil 5 of the trilogy. Good game that barely had any fear factor, other than a couple of sequences.

Well i dont know if they added any new sections or anything, curious how the lighting and sounds will help in this new one though. THAT'S the key ... And that glorious 60 fps of course.
