So after half a year with absolutely nothing they decided to launch the update half a day before God of War Ragnarök…
Guess I won’t be playing Halo for another month lol
I want UE5 and BR) in my humble opinion if Halo had some big scale battle like PlanetSide2 it would be better.
@Agnostic Yes.
Forge is going to be a gamechanger
Does anyone know if this update implements mission select for single player campaign?
Please optimise Halo5
I was all in on Halo at launch but then quickly realised it wasn’t ready. This update looks awesome and I’d love to play it but releasing what should have been the original product when MW2 has just come out along with WZ2 due next week, God of war also due out, I think they’ve massively missed the boat. Could have been a great game, at this point I’d have preferred they waited until early next year. Shame
Can't help thinking how good a halo BR would be when combined with forge...custom BR maps!
Excited for co-op. Halo co-op with friends is still a top-tier experience. Hope the “open” world doesn’t hold that back this time around.
@frabbit Yes , the update includes mission replay/select
@IOI I was thinking the exact same thing.
Theres nothing here that would make me install this game again.
Far too little, far too late imo.
I’m ready! I’m sure I’ll be disappointed by somethings but honesty looking forward to a lot of what’s here.
New maps are welcomed. And I plan to play campaign with my friends.
Guess I'm the only one who likes and still plays Halo Infinite.
Anyways, this is great news. Looking forward to jumping in.
Hopefully new maps will breathe much needed life into this game.
Really like see maps that were in halo 4. They just felt good and lot of fun.
Of all halo games (except halo 4) majority looked, felt, and played like something would find down the road at your local paintball or Lazer tag arena. Just lazy design of big circle with only thing changing from map to map is color of map and maybe an upstairs.
@GuyinPA75 I'd love to see Haven back. Haven probably doesn't pass that last criteria with it being a circle arena but I loved that map back in the day.
The Halo 5 reskin was awful though.
@ParsnipHero Today on Twitter did see someone made it in forge on infinite. Granted I did not play the map yet. But if someone showed me the pics would thought was looking at halo 4 spot on. Was really impressed by the remake.
Wish could remembered the person's name so you could went and downloaded it.
@GuyinPA75 all good. It was funny actually I saw people pay it on YouTube. It looks spot on. I don’t have a group of people to play with so I‘ll wait until matchmaking.
@ParsnipHero I'll have start a group for us. I really enjoy making maps and have people try them out. Some maps good, some maps are fun, some maps scrapped after few matches. Lol
