It's Game Pass day today, May 5th, and this update includes a much-anticipated day one release! That'll be Flying Wild Hog's Trek to Yomi, which arrives alongside fellow day one drop Citizen Sleeper.
Here's a brief rundown of the two new Game Pass additions for today (May 5):
Citizen Sleeper (Console, PC, Cloud) 11AM EST/4PM BST
Roleplaying in the ruins of interplanetary capitalism. Live the life of an escaped worker, washed-up on a lawless station at the edge of an interstellar society. Inspired by the flexibility and freedom of TTRPGs, explore the station, choose your friends, escape your past and change your future.
Trek To Yomi (Console, PC, Cloud) 9AM EST/2PM BST
As a vow to his dying Master, the young swordsman Hiroki is sworn to protect his town and the people he loves against all threats. Faced with tragedy and bound to duty, the lone samurai must voyage beyond life and death to confront himself and decide his path forward.

Is Pure Xbox going to post a review on Trek To Yomi?
@Chaudy Yes, It'll be live at embargo in a few hours!
A rare time when I'll be playing both at some point. Trek to Yomi is a given. but Citizen Sleeper seems intriguing as well. Unless reviews for both are surprisingly awful, I will be playing both at some point.
Edit: Citizen Sleeper reviews are good so far. 82/100 after 5 reviews.
@KilloWertz I'm thinking the reviews for Trek To Yomi aren't going to be great. The fact that Reviews are not allowed to be published until the game actually gets released at 2PM UK Time is a big clue. Usually reviews drop a day in advance or at least a few hours.
@Chaudy Yeah, it was probably to hide the fact that it is merely a decent game that is incredibly short (even shorter than probably most expected). That way the pre-orders are still locked in. I mean, I'll still likely play it at some point, but only because it's on Game Pass. There's no way I'd pay for a 2 hour game until it was $5 or $10. $20 is even too much imo.
