If you've been holding out for the physical version of the GTA Trilogy - Definitive Edition on Xbox, you're going to have to wait just a little bit longer.
Rockstar has revealed disc copies of the game won't be arriving on Xbox and PlayStation platforms until 17th December. This version was originally scheduled to arrive next week on 7th December.
This follows on from the news that the trilogy collection has just been updated to Version 1.03 - fixing over 100 bugs and adding a few new features. You can read more about this in our patch notes post.

Gives them time to produce a next gen case edition then.
Not at all surprising, really, I feel like they’re buying time either for another round of patches or to reprint the covers to have a “download required” small print on them like the early print runs of the Spyro trilogy.
They should probably end up in a Mexico landfill next to E. T. For the atari 2600
Can't say that I really care about this "definitive" trilogy. The only thing definitive about it is how it is definitively the worst way to play the games.
I’m not sure who’s buying this at the moment, especially with SA being on gamepass. I’d really love to give Vice City another go as it’s one of my all time faves. But $60 is a ludicrous price for these games. At least split them up so people have to option to play them individually. I have no desire to play the other two.
I just got my physical copy and I'm absolutely loving it. It's exactly as I expected. A smoother, more controllable experience is all I wanted and they delivered.
