It's Game Pass day! The big highlight addition today is the arrival of Mortal Shell: Enhanced Edition, but we've also got two brand-new releases on Game Pass in the form of Deeeer Simulator and Before We Leave.
Here are the new games you can download with Game Pass today:
Before We Leave: Console, PC, Cloud
Before We Leave is a city building game set in a cozy corner of the universe. Nurture your Peeps and their surroundings while rebuilding and rediscovering civilisation. Settle new lands and planets while avoiding hungry Space Whales.
Deeeer Simulator: Console, PC, Cloud
Put simply, DEEEER Simulator is a “Slow-Life Town Destruction Game”. You can spend your days enjoying a nice, relaxed frolic here and there together with the other animals around town, or you can choose to relieve some stress and absolutely destroy the town and everything in it.
Mortal Shell: Enhanced Edition: Console, PC, Cloud
Mortal Shell is a deep action-RPG that tests your sanity and resilience in a shattered world. Your adversaries spare no mercy, with survival demanding superior awareness, precision, and instincts. Possess lost warriors, track down hidden sanctums of the devout, and face formidable foes.

Yo wtf is that deer game lmao I'm loving the nonsense, might play it
Another ‘meh’ selection of games. Im actually now beginning to think gamepass isn’t all that great……… the games are just a bit, unappealing. For every banger 1st party release, there’s dozens & dozens of dross. Just my opinion & i know everyone is different & will probably wanna shoot me for it🤣
I've always been curious about Mortal Shell as a big Dark Souls fan. Will definitely be checking it out!
@hbkay Yeah that is why I love it. Try a bunch of games that if I payed full price I might be bitter about. Found a ton of gems that more then make up for the game pass that I pay for with my Microsoft rewards.
@Halucigens 👍
Underwhelming but I have high hopes that they will give us something good for the Christmas holidays.
@hbkay I want to be civil, but I am genuinely curious of what you want or are expecting with Game Pass? I get a sense that you are forming an opinion on a slew of games without trying them. Am I correct?
I'm just surprised when I see comments like this, because yeah, there are often weeks where a bunch of games are released on GP and I think to myself, "Well... I've never heard of this...." but then I give them a try and I'm often surprised how many fantastic games I've experienced over the past year. To me that is the beauty of Game Pass; to have the opportunity to give those "never heard of games" a chance, risk free. Having a AAA or popular game thrown in there every other month is just bonus to me.
@Dijita i just feel they’re second string indie titles. Titles I would expect to see hit gamepass because of their previews or profiles like Circuit Superstars or A short hike dont land. Or maybe they do, but months after, like Hades for example.
As for trying them out i get it……. But like i said i find them more & more unappealing to actually want to try them out.
@hbkay I feel that game pass is a much better deal than I ever expected. I have over 40 games on my XSX right now and the vast majority of them are game pass games, and they are all games that I actually want to play. The thing is, I'll never have enough time to play them all. So for me personally, game pass is too much for me to handle, meaning it's a fantastic deal in my mind.
