The embargo for Forza Horizon 5 content dropped earlier this morning, along with a whole bunch of reviews, and that means comparisons between the Xbox One, Series X, Series S and PC versions of the game have hit the web.
We already knew that it looked stunning on Xbox Series X (and Series S) thanks to Digital Foundry's recent in-depth analysis, but now we also know that it even looks really impressive on the original Xbox One from 2013.
As you can see from IGN's footage, the folks at Playground Games have perfected some kind of tech wizardry to make Forza Horizon 5 appear stunning on the eight-year old console, stacking up very well next to its Series X counterpart.
Are there downsides? Sure, such as being forced to play at 30 frames per-second, longer loading times and obviously less detailed textures, but when you compare the two consoles' capabilities, the Xbox One version is truly terrific stuff.
Ultimately, regardless of how you play Forza Horizon 5, you're going to be treated to a superb experience.

Playground Games got so much potential. I'm so glad they've been given Fable.
That’s great to hear. My brother is stuck on the og Xbox one and that’s caused a bit of a problem for us playing co op games together due to technical problems. I’m going to assume halo will run well too but after that I think it’ll become a real (first world) problem.
This is a marvel and not the "impossible" Switch ports in 360p 25fps with blurry textures and downgraded lighting.
