Update: It's official! And as expected, it's a 30 day membership for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members. It's available to claim from today (June 9) until June 30. It's also only for those who currently don't have a Disney+ subscription, so current members will not be able to benefit from this incentive.
Whether you claimed the previous Disney+ Perk or not, Ultimate members who do not currently have an active Disney+ subscription will be eligible to claim the 30-day subscription trial through the Perks Gallery on their Xbox console, on the Xbox app for Windows PC, or through the Xbox Game Pass mobile app on iOS and Android. Once the Perk is claimed, members will be directed to the Disney+ site to activate their subscription. Members can claim and activate the trial now until September 30.
Original Story: Xbox Game Pass is back to its usual tricks of teasing upcoming announcements on social media. This time it appears to be related to adding Disney+ back into the service as a perk for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members.
The tease in question stated the account originally had plans to create a "big flashy video to tease the next Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perk", but ultimately decided to go for something more "lowkey". The last word seems to be a reference to the upcoming Disney+ show, Marvel's Loki, indicating the perk will be added alongside the show's launch on June 9.
A similar incentive was introduced back in January, which gave members a free 30 day subscription to Disney+. The streaming service is home to many huge shows such as The Mandalorian, WandaVision, and Falcon and the Winter Soldier. This isn't even including the huge back catalogue of Disney shows available. If it's coming in time for the Loki show, there's going to be plenty to sink your teeth into.
Will you be taking advantage of the perk? Let us know in the comments below.

I find a lot of these 'Perk' selections pointless and just ways to lure people into another subscription service.
How about we get actual perks that mean something.
DLC for select first party titles as part of being in GPU?
That would be more appealing than a 30 day Disney+ trial.
@IndoorHero I just started a new job where I'd go crazy without music to listen too...so the perk for 4 months of free Spotify premium was far from pointless for me
EA Play and Xbox Live Gold are pretty good perks. Spotify premium is great. I don’t understand all the complaining. All perks aren’t for everyone. But Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is the best value in gaming.
These perks aren't that great for most people, since they are for new subscribers only and they have their own trials that disqualify you from these trials...
@blinx01 some free DLC is a better perk 100%. Some will be upset as they might have the DLC or its for a game you have no interest in. You will never please everyone so it is what it is. I think a quarterly credit of $5-$10, non stackable, towards a DLC only purchase would be great... just don't know how you would do that system wise.
Not worth it. Seriously.
@StylesT but like, if music is that integral to your life how do you not have Spotify premium? (Or a comparable service) Covering you for 4 months doesn't solve too many problems if you're a music lover imo.
Edit: a discount, as opposed to a trial, would make way more sense.
@blinx01 Agreed "perk" is generally marketing speak for "trial offer to tempt you into yet another subscription service that we probably get a kickback from too".
