Remember that epic "Blow Me Away" song by Breaking Benjamin that featured in Halo 2's Gravemind level (an instrumental version) all the way back in 2004? It's now been certified Platinum, as reported by Loudwire.
The tune was actually originally created for the Halo 2 soundtrack, but later was released as a standalone single in 2010, as well as receiving a remixed version on the band's 2011 greatest hits album.
Being certified Platinum means "Blow Me Away" has officially sold over one million digital US units, with the song previously having achieved Gold status in November of 2015. A great milestone for a great song!

I was bummed when it seemed like this song was stripped from the remaster in the MCC (at least I can’t hear it anymore in that version at the moment it should be playing). This song made that moment of fighting hunters, elites, and brutes all together feel super epic.
@xMightyMatt14x I read that you can actually hear the original music if you swap to the old graphics style for that level! Sucks that it's not part of the basic remaster but it is cool you can swap it with a single button press at any time to have it!
@jediden1024 huh I didn’t know that. I’ll keep that in mind next time I play through that part! Thanks man!
