More Xbox News To Come This Week, Confirms Aaron Greenberg

Update: We've now got our news! The Xbox Series X price has dropped, along with Xbox Game Pass news and pre-order dates for both the Series X and Series S! He certainly wasn't lying...

Original story: Following the surprise reveal of the Xbox Series S yesterday, GM of Xbox Games Marketing Aaron Greenberg participated in the live chat of the RDX Podcast, revealing that more Xbox news is coming this week.

There's no actual record of his exact wording on this as far as we can tell, but multiple chat users (and the podcast hosts themselves) made reference to Greenberg's comments, and he followed this up by telling fans, "I also realize expectations right now are crazy, so don't get too crazy!"

Greenberg also shared some more details in the chat, including that Xbox head Phil Spencer was on vacation last week, and Microsoft's plan with the Xbox Series X and S was to build the "most powerful console" and the "best priced next-gen console", which certainly appears to have been successful!

It remains to be seen what Xbox has in store for us later this week, but a new Xbox Game Pass feature announcement is reportedly on the way, and we're still waiting on a Series X price and a date for pre-orders for both systems.
