Batman: Arkham series developer Rocksteady Studios has confirmed that it will unveil its long-rumoured Suicide Squad game later this month on Saturday, August 22nd as part of Warner Bros' DC FanDome event.
The new game was revealed by an official tweet from the Rocksteady Games account, which provides us with very few details for now other than a teaser poster showing Superman with a target on his head!
We still don't know the official title of the game yet, but it's worth noting that a recently registered domain for suicidesquadkillthejusticeleague.com was spotted back in June.
If you want to catch the reveal live, August's 24-hour DC FanDome digital event will begin at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm BST on August 22nd at dcfandome.com, focusing on games, film and TV, and comics.
Excited for this? Let us know what you make of the poster in the comments below.

I would have preferred a story-driven Superman game tbh but curious to see it.
Let's wait and see, rumors are this is a "GaaS" game. Hope that's untrue or it's only a component of the multiplayer.
I wish Rocksteady would have just made a Superman game. Oh well.
Imagine if this is timed exclusive to PS5... Not to jinx it or anything.
Heck yes. I am so stoked!
@Jaxx420
Quite hard to do a Superman game when he is so overpowered.
I think making him the target, along with the rest of the Justice League, is a nice change from the usual superhero game.
There is no way the Suicide Squad would be able to defeat Superman. So it will be interesting to see how Rocksteady does this.
@KelticDevil why not? All they need is a small green rock, something they could get their hands on in their first level.
On the bigger topic: come on Microsoft! That’s a perfect date to drop bomb “and this game is coming exclusively to XBox and PC, published by Microsoft Studios!”
@Tharsman
True. But hopefully Rocksteady figures out another way to battle Superman than just the usual kryptonite.
@KelticDevil there is always also plain magic. Superman has plenty of lethal weaknesses, and they are there for a reason.
If it's made by Rocksteady, I'm in.
