12pm is noon not midnight.
Already preordered and downloaded the Deluxe Edition.
is there easy mode?
10/10 game. Graphics look like butter smeared across the screen on PS5 and controller issues on Xbox.
I tried the demo on ps5 at the weekend and came away unimpressed.
Already playable if you take a trip to New Zealand!
I forgot the release was upon us for this one. I purchased it on Steam, can't remember which version.
@Fenbops
Was it not 60fps with VRR normally helps smooth things out for me.
@Dezzy70 most people don’t have VRR but it was smooth enough without it. The problem was the Nintendo Switch resolution, it looks a blurry mess on PS5. .
@Fenbops
Wow I thought they would have pushed the resolution up near to 4K also with some clever trickery.
@Dezzy70 I was playing it thinking wow, this looks bad. Then I was listening to the DF podcast this week and they were saying it looks bad, not just me.
From DF, perhaps it’s because you played the PS5 version.
“ There's plenty of post-processing which makes exact pixel counts challenging, but by eye we can say that Xbox Series X has a largely 4K-like presentation, with a slightly softer image on PS5 that looks to be using a lower internal resolution.”
