Alright, so Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is now officially available as part of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, but as we'd expect with a big release like this, we've come across a few people who've been unable to get it working in the early hours.
The main issue sees to be with the PC version of Black Ops 6, which is asking some players to buy the game even though they should be able to access it with Game Pass. Fortunately a Redditor has shared a solution that's working for a lot of people, but keep in mind it's not 100% guaranteed - still well worth a try if you're having issues though:
If you're still not able to get into the PC version of Black Ops 6, it's worth trying every possible method of accessing the game, which includes the Xbox PC app, the Microsoft Store PC app, trying to get it through the Call of Duty hub itself, and anything else you can think of. Restart your computer as well - that might be all you need to do!
Unfortunately we're still seeing players who can't access the game despite all of these potential solutions, and if you find yourself in that boat, it's worth keeping an eye on the Xbox Game Pass Reddit - it's been a helpful resource so far!
As for the Xbox version of Black Ops 6, we're not seeing anywhere near as many reports of issues, but there are things you can try if you're having problems. The big one is restarting your console, which can help refresh the system and push any necessary updates to it, as well as making sure you've downloaded everything you need for BO6.
Although the guide below was for the preload, it still applies if you're struggling to download Black Ops 6:
