It's similar in essence to the Universal Remote but obviously a sniper. To me Universal Remote though does have a 'use' in PvP but 'No Land Beyond' would be a ridiculous option here - the other snipers are much better.
I have added a few thoughts there too.
I have beaten Crota 3 times this week so waiting for the reset on Tuesday now. Already maxed my Vanguard Marks so will probably just do my bounties to upgrade the few remaining Exotics I have that aren't yet at 331 although not that important as my most used ones are already done.

I opted for Dragons Breath - now only need/want Hard Light. I also bought 'Starfire Protocol' and 'Don't Touch me' too. I bought 8 engrams but only got 4 Young Ahamkara's Spine for my Hunter, 2 Titan gauntlets inc Ruin Wings and 2Warlock gauntlets too.
I also opted to upgrade the Last Word as that is one of the last remaining pre-expansion level weapons

What's your opinion on Dragons Breath for PvP @BAMozzy?
I don't really play PvP myself but would imagine it would be 3rd choice in terms of Exotic Rocket launchers and maybe even lower if you factor in some of the Legendary options (Hezens Vengence, Hunger of Crota...). The weapon has no Tracking and not a great velocity so I would imagine that sometimes you won't get kills as the enemy would have moved away. Its tied with Truth for Blast Radius but Truth has tracking and the rockets also detonate in proximity to their targets making them even more deadly as they don't even have to reach their targets to kill them. Gjallahorn has the best velocity and damage output of any weapon in Destiny. It has the Wolf Pack rounds too.
Dragons Breath though could be used to keep enemies off of control points or heavy ammo. It could be used to block routes too as it has a Solar flare (similar to a Warlocks Solar grenade) but it doesn't last that long.
Personally I think it is designed more for PvE and in particular for those Bosses that don't move that much. You can fire it at them and you get the initial damage of the explosion and then a bit of damage over time from the resulting solar flare. You could use it in the new Raid too to keep thralls from chasing after you or keeping the way ahead and lamps clear.
I am sure it can be used effectively but I do think there are better options

I'm glad he doesn't have much, I've not even done my weeklys this week so am very short on the coinage front.........
"Justin Bieber looks like a lesbian i'd like to ****..." - Megakillscreen, out of frickin' nowhere!
I went for Lucky Raspberry as its a good chest piece. It increases the effectiveness of the Arcbolt Grenade as well s allowing you to carry more Fusion and Heavy ammo. It also has a good stat roll of up to 160 Intellect. I also went fr the Mida Multi-Tool upgrade as its one of the last weapons I have at pre-expansion levels. I may also go for the Heart of the Praxis Fire upgrade too but will compare stats with my old one first...

Reckon I'll be getting me a Lucky Raspberry, too, that's a really good stat roll... my Hunter's getting spoiled this week, with The Mask Of The Third Man and Knucklehead Radar from Nightfalls as well.
I got a... Version One.1 ... Something along those lines? Seems a tad lame? That was my "legendary holiday gift!?" ... In the spirit of Hanukkah, I wan't eight legendary engrams!

Plug one.1 Fusion Rifle?? It a high impact, slow charging weapon - I prefer a higher charging Fusion myself - something like Plan C.
I got 'the Devil you Don't' Hand Cannon which I must admit disappointed me. I have already dismantled 2 of these as I don't rate it very highly and have much better alternatives. I have more than enough Marks and a lot of Vanguard Commendations (over 20 now) that I can buy at least 3 weapons from the Vanguard IF I wanted and probably would have bought prior to this 'gift'. I expect many of the core players would have bought any weapons they wanted in the weeks before this was offered. I had hoped for something more unique - maybe not something as useful as a Sparrow (although that would be cool) but maybe a Ghost Shell or even a class item like a cloak, bond or butt cloth with a specific design element applicable or appropriate to the season. I know it wouldn't make any difference to the in-game play but it would be more memorable.
