Topic: F1 2015 Gameplay VIdeo

Just stumbled across this - first gameplay video I've seen from F1 2015 on Xbox One.

Warning: The guy is pretty awful and is clearly playing on a pad, but it looks REALLY nice.

Hyped!

I'm ready, and be nice to those who use controllers.

Oh I am...I usually use one myself. Just hoping that they don't have the same controller issues with this as Namco with Project CARS. From the video, similar things seem to be occurring...

That looks almost real (apart from the racing line and gear indicator on the wheel). Very, very impressed.

I'll be playing with a standard pad too so I too hope it doesn't have the same problem as project cars. I find the steering super twitchy in that game... mind you I think the guy in this video was just really bad at driving games

Now I just hope they bring the classic tracks, cars and drivers across to next gen at some point too...

Have you had the patch for Project Cars? Its a lot better now. Also, strangely, turning steer sensitivity right down made it better?

I did eventually cotton on to adjusting the sensitivity of the car which helped enormously... but don't you have to do that on a per car basis? I was playing it the weekend it came out so probably pre-patch. Will have to find time to go back and try again if they've sorted it now.

I found that I had to restart my career entirely for all of the patch effects to come into play. Really weird :/

Well that sucks... mind you I haven't got very far so I suppose I could give it a go!
