Is anybody online with Xbox live on Xbox 360? COD maybe?
If so, could you just get it with an Xbox live subscription or is the fact that so much time has passed make it so that Microsoft no longer makes 360 subs compatible?
Help me out here, maybe I consider a sub.
@RDDMarston Yeah, sadly Activision-Blizzard don't care about the older CoD's multiplayer anymore so hackers took them over. And it's bad everything from wall hacks, to resetting your levels to being able to get access to your IP address. It's ok to play the campaign, but you don't need online for that.
The only game that is safe to play is the current CoD game Modern Warfare II and you need a Series X to play that.

@Tasuki Yea CoD has definetly gotten less hype through the years. Now it's kinda... bored down. Fortnite dominates the industry... anyways, thanks for the advice, very much appreciated
It's quite amazing what a couple days can do between this question and with the COD servers and matchmaking finally upgraded on these old games. Not sure if any work was done to also combat the hackers/cheaters but it's kind of amazing it was done. And as a bonus to me they apparently also fixed the Shadowrun 360 matchmaking!! (https://kotaku.com/xbox-live-shooter-shadowrun-call-of-duty-360-1850648716)
