Topic: starfield upgrade ownership for pc ultimate game pass

@FraserG so i just went and tried to buy the starfield upgrade through Xbox for my pc. I have gamepass ultimate so i get the pc games too. it won't let me buy it and says I already own it. I bought it for my series x already do you know if this is just a bug or do i really only have to buy it once? I know a long time ago they had a paly it anywhere thing that i really liked.
