Topic: Solution to the scratched surface on the Xbox Series X controller

What are solution to the scratched surface on the Xbox Series X Wireless controller in carbon black and how this issue can get resolved on the resolution. Do you do have any idea and picture to it. What are your advice and suggestion to me. Any recomendation. Because I did to do all the troubleshooting and it did not work and it did not happen. I did tried everything on the most off it but nothing did not work on the removing the scrathes on the xbox series x controller and I could not get rid the scrathes on it.
