Just picked up RBI Baseball 14 for the PS4 for 10 bucks. Been sitting on this one for awhile and I know it got some bad reviews but I just had to try it out for myself, and at 10 bucks heck why not.
You brave soul. Let us know how it is, won't you?
Lol didn't you guys review it over here?
Nope. Never had any review code come our way so we just kinda let it get go.

AH I see.
Well I managed to play a quick exhibition match last night after work and honestly I like it. Its just a simple arcade style baseball game kinda like I was looking for. It has a season mode uses all the MLB teams and players. If you are expecting a baseball sim like MLB: The Show well then you will be disappointed but if you are looking for a quick pick up and play baseball game like from the days of the NES or SNES then you will enjoy it. What put it over for me is the fact that they used actual players and teams. Was it worth the 10 bucks sure would I have paid 20 yeah I would have.

@Utena-mobile: It is a great game once you get the hang of the controls. It's a bit more forgiving than the first one though I prefer the (PC only) first game. It got slammed for its sexism but it was a great game none the less.
The last games I got are the Witcher 2, Rise of the Tomb Raider and Forza 6. I played the tutorial of Witcher last night and it seems like it'll take a fair bit of getting used to the controls. Rise and Forza are both great games, just not had time to give them their due play.
I recently downloaded The Witcher 2 since it was free, though I have yet to try it. Honestly, it never really seemed like my type of game (I cannot even remember the last JRPG I played, let alone the last WRPG), but I figured I would at least give it a chance since it was both free and backwards compatible. Also, with all the hype surrounding The Witcher 3 last year, I thought this might be a good way to gauge whether or not I might want to give that game a shot, as well, somewhere down the road.
@TurtleWhacks That's pretty much my feelings on the Witcher. I've never played one before but the 3rd one is getting such positive publicity and my gaming friends are also highly recommending it so I got 2 to see what all the fuss is about. I must say, the control is a bit confusing and it'll certainly take a while to get to grips with all the systems but I'll give it a fair shot.
I reckon Witcher 3 is the best game I've ever played, alongside GTA 5. Not had a chance to try The Witcher 2 yet but looking forward to meeting the main characters again - the female ones won't speak to me any longer in 3! There is quite a steep learning curve at the start of 3 and it did feel a bit overwhelming during the first few hours but persevere and you'll find the game just steals away your life!
I'm currently plowing hours into Dark Souls 2 and have amassed about 110 hours on it. I have loads of games to get through and a load on my 360 that I need to finish off.f
@crippyd: Last time I checked I had sunk 158 hours into Witcher 3 - that's nearly a whole week of my life playing a single game! Bit scary when you stop and think about it...
@stylon: Pales into insignificance compared to the time I've sunk into ESO. That game alone, I'm ashamed to admit, put me into the top area of the leaderboard for time spent online when I checked the stats when the link was posted here earlier.
