Rumour: These Five Games Could Show Up At The Xbox Games Showcase 2025

With the Xbox Games Showcase 2025 now officially being dated for June 8th, it's time for all the rumours and the leaks to start rolling in - and our first is from YouTuber eXtas1s, who has shared the information he's heard from his source.

There are five games that he's rumoured will be showing up at the Xbox Games Showcase, and some are more obvious than others. It's probably no surprise that Ninja Gaiden 4 and the heavily rumoured Gears of War Collection will likely be there, but he also lists Persona 4 Remake, Minecraft Dungeons 2 and Hollow Knight: Silksong as potential candidates.

He also advises that according his source, it won't be an event that's filled with many big surprises:

eXtas1s (via Google Translate): They tell me literally, it will not be an event of great surprises.

This is so interpretive, I do not treat it as super-intense information... I tell you verbatim what has been told to me. My source has said it won't be an event with big surprises.

Obviously we already know about The Outer Worlds 2 which is getting a Direct after the Xbox Games Showcase, and the likes of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4, Fable and Gears of War: E-Day will likely get a spot in the event at least, but the majority of stuff is remaining under wraps for now.

eXtas1s mentions in his video that he's less sure about certain titles than others (Hollow Knight: Silksong is a game he says is "very hard to predict"), so as always with rumours, take everything here with a grain of salt. We've only got a couple of months until we find out what Microsoft has in store for us - it's going to be a very busy start to June!
