Welcome to your latest Xbox Game Pass update! Today's refresh focuses purely on the Xbox Game Pass Core library, which grows by three new titles as Microsoft builds out the service.
All three of today's new Game Pass Core titles are very well regarded - particularly Batman: Arkham Knight which is still revered by fans almost a decade later. Down below, we'll include a brief introduction to each of these new Xbox Game Pass Core additions.
Here's what's coming to Xbox Game Pass Core on March 26:
Batman: Arkham Knight (XGP Core)
"Be The Batman – Live the complete Batman experience as the Dark Knight enters the concluding chapter of Rocksteady’s Arkham trilogy. Players will become The World’s Greatest Detective like never before with the introduction of the Batmobile and enhancements to signature features such as FreeFlow Combat, stealth, forensics and navigation."
Monster Sanctuary (XGP Core)
"Delve deep into the Metroidvania inspired world of Monster Sanctuary, explore the expansive lands and call upon your monsters to lend their aid in and out of combat! Use their unique skills to fly, ride and brute force your way through environmental puzzles and precise platforming! The world is yours to traverse as you see fit, are you ready to take on the Sanctuary?"
Tunic (XGP Core)
"Explore a land filled with lost legends, ancient powers, and ferocious monsters in TUNIC, an isometric action game about a small fox on a big adventure. Stranded in a ruined land, and armed with only your own curiosity, you will confront colossal beasts, collect strange and powerful items, and unravel long-lost secrets."

Tunic is a hidden gem. I recommend to try it out. Its like souls but in indie format. Dont look up anything in the internet! The further you play, the more you learn about the world and things start to make sense. Game design is top notch.
GP core is so useless tbh. Its not even GP at all.
Hope they get rid of it next gen.
Tunic just didn't do it for me, and I wasn't sure why it got the hype that it got, but nice to see these three move to core.
So when stuff gets added to standard or core, does that reset the 12 month counter? Or can it still leave all tiers 12 months after it first joined the service, or 24 months, or whatever?
@Kaloudz I desperately wanted to like it. I was expecting pre-3D Zelda, but I got overhead dark souls and really wasn’t into it.
@Millionski I sub to core because I have games that I own that I wanna play online, but no longer have interest in the GP collection.
It's nice that it comes with some games but I'm really only interested in playing the games I spent money on.
Though I would understand them getting rid of core and making it free to play online.
@jesse_dylan Exactly the issue I had with it. Like, looking at it it absolutely reeks of Zelda. Playing it, totally different story.
@jesse_dylan It has an easy mode to make it more about the exploration. There's a lot to explore and figure out.
@Fishticon Yeah, maybe I should try that
OMG!!! Seriously? As someone who pared back to core to save money, this is amazing!! I was starting to worry that we were being forgotten. Tunic is such an amazing game. I can't wait to play it again.
