Microsoft has plenty of Black Friday offers across its consoles, games and accessories this year, but the refreshed 2024 lineup of Xbox Series X|S consoles is largely missing from the deals. However, if you're looking at getting the white digital Series X specifically, the team has bundled in a substantial freebie for a "limited time".
That freebie is the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 console wrap for Xbox Series X, which Microsoft deems a $54.99 value at RRP. Of course, this is a somewhat niche bonus, but still, it's a nice little extra (that you could always sell on) if you're after the white Xbox Series X this holiday season.
At present, this offer is only available directly from the Microsoft Store, and it appears to be an exclusive to the US as well. The whole bundle comes in at $449.99 - of course making the wrap itself an entirely free extra with your console. We'll throw a link to the bundle down below:

If you're after anything else from Xbox this Black Friday, it's worth checking out our handy guide down below on all things Xbox gifting this year. Oh, and we're also providing 10% off at the Pure Xbox code store right now, so feel free to check that out if you're after some digital goodies on Xbox!

Unless the bonus gift is an attachable disc drive, idgaf
Terrible Black Friday deals on series x disc and discless consoles.
Totally overpriced on the discless series x compared to the competition even at rrp.
£429.99 series x discless
£389.99 PS5 discless, BF £309.99
Absolute joke Microsoft.
Ugly as sin. Just give 3 months Game Pass, first taste is free.
@OldGamer999 And you can add a drive to the still-cheaper digital PS5, to boot.
But a free wrap, that definitely makes up for a higher price and no way to add a blu drive later, surely?
@dskatter
It’s all strange to me, it’s like in the UK and Europe they don’t really want to sell consoles nowadays.
For some weird reason I think it’s a company strategy to give good reason or excuse not to bother with a standard home console next generation.
Like saying, there you go we didn’t sell enough consoles this generation so we won’t bother next.
But it would help if Microsoft put in some effort to try and sell some in the first place.
If i got that with my console I'd sell it at cex straight away ha!
I wish it was a Metaphor ReFantazio skin instead.
Hopefully this encourages people to purchase the proper, legit, console for this gen, instead of, power of handheld, but stationary, console.
@Rog-X You know, you keep saying that, and yet I can get disc games for dirt cheap regardless of what people charge for digital codes.
It’s almost like…I’m still saving money getting that PS5 and MS is making a large mistake not matching Sony’s hardware prices. Especially given Sony’s (and Nintendo’s) dominance in the console market currently. Not to mention the crippled series S, where Sony’s digital only PS5 is just as powerful as the one with the disc drive…
I'm not a cheap skate but that wrap better come with have some good blue tack atleast at that price 🙃
@OldGamer999 They told multiple times they are building new xbox, they confirmed handheld will be separate device and its not a cloud only console because well they could do their own amazon firestick today.
Why would they abandon 50M console market where they have 60-70% of total GP users and where they get 100% of revenues without steam/PS store cuts? Is there a logical reason outside of “bad black friday deal” that you saw on a local region? They are still strong in US, Mexico and I even see more interest in Canada (SX is sold out at best buy right now a week after they made black friday deal).
I see this comment all the time and I am just trying to understand.
Also you are a PS5 PRO mainly player from what i know so what is a problem then? More people on your main platform, more MS games on your platform down the road - could be even day 1 xbox games on PS? Competition was over during xbox one era anyways.
It's not even the right wrap. It's gonna have a dumb vertical white line.
The PS5 external disc drive doesn’t work on the PS5 Digital. Sony’s PS5 Slim can add an external disc drive, but the PS5 digital edition isn’t compatible with the peripheral.
You’ll have to get the standard PS5 model to use physical discs.
Hmmmmm, cash grab?
