Welcome to another Xbox Game Pass update for October 2024! Today, we've got two new additions to the service - including a brand-new release in the form of MechWarrior 5: Clans.
Here's some more information on that day one drop, alongside today's other Xbox Game Pass addition:
Donut County (Console, PC, Cloud)
"Donut County is a story-based physics puzzle game where you play as an ever-growing hole in the ground. Meet cute characters, steal their trash, and throw them in a hole."
MechWarrior 5: Clans (Console, PC, Cloud)
"In MECHWARRIOR 5: CLANS, players become new Smoke Jaguar pilots in the Clan Invasion of the Inner Sphere. Lead a five-mech "Star" squad across diverse planets, engaging in an expansive campaign with immersive gameplay and intricate combat."

Had fun with Donut County first time around.
I haven't played a Mechwarrior game in about two decades, might take a look, used to be fun.

Is clans just pvp/co-op or is there single player?
Already played donut county 1st time was on gp so will try mech warrior. But recommend donut county was a fun game and even if not your type game it's got some easy achievements for the daily challenges 😎
MECHWARRIOR 5: Clans is excellent, works great on cloud too
Donut County is a really fun and charming short puzzle game. I'd highly recommend it as it's great to play on a wet Sunday afternoon where you want to chill a bit.

MechWarrior Clans is a blast so far and getting good reviews (80 on OpenCritic).
Awesome to get another great $50 game Day One release in the same month as COD and everything else.
