It's great to have the option of Ubisoft+ on Xbox these days - a subscription service that might seem costly on the surface, but provides access to all of Ubisoft's new releases on day one, often with the "Ultimate" editions included.
However, we've been notified of an issue that multiple Xbox users have been suffering with the service recently, where despite paying their monthly subscription fee, they haven't been able to access their games. Over 100 comments have been posted on the Ubisoft subreddit about this over the past few days:
As you can see, there's a lot of frustration over the issue and Ubisoft's response to it, with seemingly very little being done despite it being "under investigation". Some have even threatened legal action if the problem continues to occur.
There are a few people who have managed to resolve it though - here's a suggestion if you're in the same boat:
It's unknown what has prompted this issue with Ubisoft+ on Xbox, but hopefully a permanent resolution can be found in the near future. After all, nobody should be paying £14.99 / $17.99 per-month if they can't access what they've paid for!
Plus, with Star Wars Outlaws on the horizon, the service is probably about to get a whole bunch of new subscribers...
