It's been a couple of weeks since Star Wars Outlaws went gold, and now developer Massive Entertainment has 10 minutes of fresh gameplay for us to feast over via IGN.
As usual, we've dropped the video directly above so you can watch it right here, and remember, the full game is out next month - so we've really not got long to wait to see the rest of this Star Wars adventure!
Here's how the team describes this brand-new gameplay clip:
"Set on the classic desert planet of Tatooine, this expert mission takes Kay on a journey involving a Jawa and a Sarlacc pit as she journeys from the sand to the stars."
Ever since Outlaws was first revealed, Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment have been keen to remind us that this is the first ever truly open world Star Wars game. This means you can expect a good 25-30 hours from the main story, and that's besides all the extras you can head out and do in Outlaws' open world!
Anyway, Star Wars Outlaws hits Xbox Series X|S on August 30th - there's just over a month to go for this open world galaxy-spanning adventure.

Miles and miles of empty desert. Brace yourself for 80% of traversing the map, 20% of actual gameplay.
God open world games are so boring nowadays. An artificial attempt to extend the playtime of a game at the detriment of the user experience.
Does the dialog feel off to anyone else? And the reading of the lines almost seems AI. Thoigh I don't see that being the case because of the backlash they'd get.
The gameplay itself looks like Ghost Recon Wildlands but reskinned to Star Wars. And that isn't really a good thing.
So im confused....if this game is supposed to be set between Empire and Jedi - How can the Tatooine Saarlac be dead here, yet alive when Jabba takes the gang to to the pit after Hans' rescue?? 🤔

@ironcrow86 Plenty of issues to point out with the game. But this isn't one. A sarlaac is a type of creature. And there are multiples of them. Across different planets.
Super excited for this one. Will be playing 3 days early for sure!

I am kind of fatigued by the current Disney Star Wars push so its a bit difficult for me personally to get excited for this game.
Think I’ll get it for £20-30 I’m Black Friday deals.
Give them a chance to drop some patches and fix all the stuff the early adopters will beta test.
