Xbox Game Pass grows again today with the arrival of The Quarry - Supermassive's 2022 celebrity-stacked horror hit. The title, which goes live on Game Pass later today, kicks off a busy end of the month for the service.
Anyway, here's some more information to tempt you into diving in:
The Quarry - Console, Cloud (Later Today)
"When the sun goes down on the last night of summer camp, nine teenage counselors are plunged into an unpredictable night of horror. The only thing worse than the blood-drenched locals and creatures hunting them are the unimaginable choices you must make to help them survive."
We played this one around launch and thought it was a really good cinematic horror title from a team that's now super well-known within the genre. We'll drop our full written review for The Quarry down below:

Even tho it will require many many playthroughs to get all achievements with no way of skipping cutscenes
I am actually looking forward to playing this as its been on my radar since it came out
Don't suppose anybody knows what time it will actually be on xbox game pass?
I bought it on release - good fun although the characters sometimes look like they are eating gobstoppers. I might give it another go, but there is Dragon’s Dogma 2 on the horizon. I did pretty well on my playthrough right up until the very end where I dithered and got two of my characters killed. ☹️
Absolutely wicked game 👍👍
Can't wait to play this and with control and evil west tomorrow I'm more than sorted for games to play this month and next aswell probably
I recommend The Quarry to any horror fan out there.
NOTE: decisions and actions you make are less obvious as what would be considered the "correct path" than games in the Dark Pictures Anthology - perhaps that might be more frustrating to some as certain "correct" actions are "hidden" and not finding them could lead to a death much later in the game.
It's a fun romp, though!
Great game with a ton of replay value. I played it on the PS5 when it came out. will definitely be playing this again on Game Pass.
