Xbox Series S Toaster Goes Viral As Walmart Quickly Runs Out Of Stock

It's been just over 24 hours since we accidentally discovered the Xbox Series S Toaster on Walmart's website, and it's now absolutely exploded in popularity, with everyone from IGN to The Game Awards reporting on the new product (although most haven't credited us with the find, which has left us a bit disappointed to be honest!).

Just like we saw with the Xbox Mini Fridges a few years ago, there seems to be massive demand for this new Xbox Series S Toaster, as it's already sold out at Walmart. More stock will surely be incoming soon though, including over in Europe where the Xbox toaster appears to have a release date of January 31st, 2024.

With all the attention it's been receiving, the official Xbox team have also begun tweeting about it now:

The Xbox Series S Toaster is being made by the same people behind those Mini Fridges (Ukonic), and it appears they have another smash hit on their hands here. It makes sense - $39.99 for a toaster that makes Xbox bread?! We'll probably be ordering one for the office when they become available in the UK!

Speaking of that, we're currently trying to get our hands on a "review unit" so we can tell you if it's worth the money, so stay tuned and hopefully we'll have more to share on the Xbox Series S Toaster in the near future. You know, of all the things we thought we'd be talking about this week, an Xbox toaster definitely didn't make the list...!
