Halo Infinite Season 5 is right around the corner, and at this month's Halo Championships event, the team revealed that a fully Halo 3-themed playlist is coming to Infinite's multiplayer suite next month.
'Halo 3 Refueled' will bring together eight Halo 3 maps into one nostalgia-powered playlist for Infinite in November - with players about to finish the fight on classic arenas such as The Pit, Guardian, High Ground, Narrows and more fan-favourite Halo 3 multiplayer maps.
The new playlist arrives on November 14th; around a month or so after the next Halo Infinite season begins this week. Oh, and that's not all of the classic Halo content returning to Infinite during Season 5 either!
As part of last week's trailer for the upcoming season, 343 Industries announced that Halo's wave-based PvE mode Firefight is coming back as 'Firefight King of the Hill' - sometime in Season 5. We don't have a date for Firefight's launch yet, but considering the new season begins this week, we'd expect to see the mode arrive at a similar time to this upcoming Halo 3 playlist.
Will you be playing this Halo 3 playlist on Infinite next month? Let us know in the comments below.

Never been into Mountain Dew but I’ll take some classic maps and more exposure for Halo Infinite.
They really need to work on Squad Battle. It is fun. But they've Noth bothered updating the maps in, what feels, ages. No Blood Gulch, no Hang 'Em High, no Headlong. So many BTB maps we need.
@InterceptorAlpha absolutely. I hope they add more classic BTB maps to the playlist.
These are all arena maps but this season I hope BTB and Squad Battle get some more community maps. Headlong would be amazing. That map for me is THE Halo 2 BTB experience.
And MW3 is releasing the week before with classic MW2 maps. It's 2009 again boys!
