Microsoft's latest advertising campaign for all things Xbox is in full swing as the team closes out its huge Activision Blizzard deal. Earlier this week, Xbox launched the brand-new 'Wake Up and Dream' trailer set to premiere as the main Xbox TV ad for the holiday season, and now team green has taken over Las Vegas with its 'XSphere'.
Yep, the 'Sphere' in Las Vegas has been running Xbox imagery this week to coincide with Twitchcon, and it looks absolutely epic. We'll drop a clip of the XSphere in action down below - seriously, look how cool this thing is blasting out Xbox games to the Las Vegas skyline!
It's almost surreal to see Xbox games blown up on the Sphere like this, and it's very neat to see Microsoft go big on marketing as it finally secures its purchase of Activision Blizzard. If the team ever had anything to really shout about, it's finally sorting this acquisition out and being able to focus on games again!
On the XSphere specifically, the ad focuses on Starfield, Hellblade 2, Forza Motorsport and Cyberpunk 2077 - much like the team's Wake Up and Dream trailer. If you want to check that trailer out, we'll leave a link to it down below.
What do you think to the epic 'XSphere'? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.

WORLD DOMINATION HAS STARTED, YOUR LIVING ROOMS ARE OURS
Looks like something out of Science Fiction.
Just another step in Las Vegas' inevitable transformation into Night City.
That’s really cool.
About time Xbox started advertising better, now bring it to Europe and worldwide.
Let the world now Xbox, games, consoles and Gamepass actually exists.
Feel sad. Planetary ressources should be used elsewhere than making giant green spheres.
@OldGamer999 seriously. Playstation does a good job at taking over London tube Stations or whatever. Just random things that go viral. Nintendo has the Mario bus at the moment. Xbox just doesn’t seem to bother outside of a snarky tweet 🤣
@K1LLEGAL
Yep, Xbox think the general public etc just go on the internet and not much else counts.
@JakobU A little knowledge goes a long way, this isn't a giant green sphere🙄
Also using a prison booking photo for a profile picture is an interesting choice....
@JakobU
If you really feel like that , good luck with your conscious when turning on your Xbox and waste planetary recourses to play a game purely for your own pleasure.
I think it is a spectaculair thing. Amazing piece of technology. There could not be a better place for it than Vegas.
Now this is what we're talking about! Get that message out there and scream it loud! Fantastic and great to see
@Moonglow
Well let’s wait and see in the UK anyway if we see any adverts etc like the other two are pushing out at the minute especially on UK TV.
Coming up to Christmas is the time if Xbox do advertise and promote in the whole year is when they normally do. Let’s see.
@ChromeMud
Yes it’s shame as the advert sphere is pretty cool.
Yep Xbox for whatever reason is not really loved that much and not really acknowledge by the general public that much and that is really where Xbox needs to get the love. The general public where all those millions and millions of PS5 and Switch consoles are sold and millions of spider man 2 and Mario wonder games have been sold today.
Just the pure free advertising of word and mouth of those two games today surpasses anything that Xbox have done or could have done since the launch of the series consoles and that includes buying Zenimax and Activision.
@JakobU Feel sadder - they are building these spheres around the world… btw don’t sleep on how much gaming is consuming energy and contributing to global warming….
@Moonglow
I get angry sometimes with all three companies but it so gets mistaken for me being a fan boy when posting on the sites even though I have all three.
I just play the games that I like which being honest are big AAA games. My current play is Mario Wonder today.
Was in Vegas this week and attended the U2 show on Wednesday, this place is truly magnificent, too bad I didn't get to see this!
