Borderlands fans, did you know there's a brand-new collection on Xbox? It's called Borderlands Collection: Pandora's Box, and at least according to the "Top Paid" Xbox chart, it seems to have been selling very well so far.
The collection only launched for the first time back on September 1st, and it's already raced to #2 in the UK version of the chart (in fact, we saw it at #1 temporarily over the weekend but we don't have any proof!). In the US chart, Madden NFL 24 and NBA 2K24 are dominating along with Starfield right now, but Borderlands is still at #7.
So, what's the reason for this? The main one is that it's launched with a massive 60% discount which is available until later this week, bringing it down from £123.99 / $149.99 to £49.59 / $59.99. If you already own any of the games in the collection, you should also see a "special price" that entitles you to an even bigger discount.
There are six games included in the bundle along with all their add-on content:
- Borderlands
- Borderlands 2
- Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel
- Borderlands 3
- Tales From The Borderlands
- New Tales From The Borderlands
If you're interested, now is definitely the time to buy Borderlands Collection: Pandora's Box before it reverts to its standard price around Wednesday / Thursday of this week. Simply search for it on the Xbox Store and you'll find it!

As soon as I saw the headline, I was thinking it would be good if Xbox gave an additional discount if you already owned something in a bundle, like on steam.

Is this the only bundle that has ever done this?
My additional discount is like £25 but I only own the first game on xbox :S. Seems like they've discounted the full price of that game?!
I think I will pick it up, even though I don't like the first game very much at all, I did love Tales on ps plus and would like to own it and play the new tales as well.
Shame it doesn't include the Tiny Tina game so it's not a complete collection
@ralphdibny if you own any of listed Borderlands games from the collection, you can buy the whole collection for £30. And at launch it can be bought with a discount for total £50, even if you don't have any of those games on the account - that is the deal.
That's very tempting because it would cost me $30...
Its not bad value for sure - although I don't see the point in purchasing myself as I own all but the 'Tales from' series which I have zero interest in anyway.
...and developer Gearbox is reportedly up for sale by Embracer Group, just two years after being acquired.
I love the borderlands series borderlands 2 is the best game in the series for me
@Kaloudz The first one is hit and miss. I suggest starting with the second one.
Amazing price… but it”s just a bundle isn’t it? All origInal releases of the games? or there are some new menus or artwork included in the package that binds them all together.
