Welcome to the Xbox "End of Summer" sale 2023! Microsoft has just put almost 1000 great games on sale for the next week-or-so, including the likes of Hogwarts Legacy, Dead Space, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and much more.
The "End of Summer" part is the highlight here, although we've also got Super Saver, Summer of Arcade, Ubisoft Publisher, Deals with Gold and Spotlight deals to take advantage of, so there's definitely something for everyone!
Below, we've handpicked just a few titles that are included in the sale, but you'll also want to look at the full list - either on the official Xbox Wire website, or by browsing to the "Deals" section of the Microsoft Store on your Xbox console.

I've got MS points enough to redeem watchdogs 1+2, far cry 6, chorus or DMC 1-4. I just can't decide! Suggestions please

Yes us here in South Dakota had non-stop 90+ degree days often with heat indexes well past 100. So maybe we had our typical Summer and yours combined
@Foxx_64740 chorus is pretty damn great, but I haven't even played anything else from that list except dmc 4, which I couldn't stand because it's corny af.
If you have gamepass they recently dropped Everspace on it which I think looks pretty similar to Chorus, if you like it enough I suppose you could go for Chorus.
But they're all pretty different games tbf so depends what you're feeling.
I got one of those ‘Just for you’ offers that on the face of it looked tempting - Assassins Creed Valhalla Deluxe Ed with 94% off - discounted to £4.96.
Just a shame I already own it 🤔

Almost 1000 games discounted? I’m on the Xbox Store right now and it only says 526 under ‘Xbox game specials’. There’s nothing I want that I already own/played. I think most of us are going to be slightly busy with a certain game this weekend 😉

Dead space is still too expensive for a game which is essentially a remaster, a reboot would imply they heavily changed the story but from what I'm aware they just made isaac remove his helmet constantly, talk, downgraded certain characters and made the graphics better.
A remake to me is like FF7 heavily changed from the original version so still to me dead space on sale isn't worth it

Yet to me, Dead Space if my fav game of 2023. It is very much a remake in every way possible. Calling it a remaster is just ill-informed and wrong on your part.
I think your idea of a Remake is slightly skewed. FFVII is less of a remake to me and more of a re-imagining as it's nothing like the original.
