Xbox Free Play Days returns for the coming weekend! Microsoft is offering up four games to try for free this week, including its own open world racer Forza Horizon 5 alongside three smaller titles. Here's the full Free Play Days list:
As normal, remember that you'll need Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to take advantage of these Free Play Days offerings. All four games will be available to play for free until late on Sunday, August 20th.
If you're looking to purchase some of these once the Free Play Days period wraps up, we have a few good options this week. Blasphemous is a hefty 75% off digitally right now, while The Knight Witch is 33% off too. Both Forza Horizon 5 and Let's Build A Zoo are available in the standard Xbox Game Pass library.
Xbox Free Play Days - How To Download The Games
- Search for the game on the Xbox Store
- Hit the "Install, Included with Gold" or "Free Trial" button
- Play the game!
Will you be trying out any of these games this weekend? Let us know down below.

I thought Xbox Live Gold was gone now, only tiers of GamePass? Also, 2 of the games been on GamePass is also a bit of an odd way to do it…
@Grackler Xbox live gold ends mid September! That's when game pass core comes in
@Kezelpaso ah, ok! My bad; thought it was immediate when I got the email from MS about it changing (but as I’m on ultimate my profile just says that)
