It's the biggest week in the history of AEW with AEW All In taking place at Wembley Stadium this weekend, and to celebrate the occasion, AEW: Fight Forever has officially launched its 30-player battle royale mode!
In this "Stadium Stampede" mode, you compete in a giant stadium against other online players as you attempt to "KO" them with wrestling moves and weapons. Like other battle royales, there's also a shrinking circle, you can edit your loadout, there are special abilities and you can even ride vehicles such as Adam Page's horse!
We've also tried out a bit of Stadium Stampede in AEW: Fight Forever already, and while the servers are difficult to get into at the moment, the mode itself seems fun when it works. The best bit? It's entirely free for Fight Forever owners!
As for the rest of the game, we reviewed it back in late June and gave it a "Good" 7/10 score, praising it as an "enjoyable and competent wrestling game that'swell worth adding to your wishlist this summer". Check out the review below!
