You may recall that Ubisoft's The Settlers: New Allies was originally supposed to be releasing for Xbox consoles back on March 23rd, but it ended up getting delayed just before launch. However, it's finally now available as of today!
This is the latest entry in the strategy series that began in the '90s, described as featuring "stunning graphics and detailed animations" that have been reimagined from the ground-up. You can check out more details and images below.
"True to its almost 30 years legacy, this new entry in the series combines in-depth build-up experience with real-time strategic battles. Choose among 3 unique factions and explore this whole-new world powered by state-of-the-art graphics. Your settlement has never looked so lively."
The Settlers: New Allies retails for £49.99 / $59.99 on the Xbox Store, and unfortunately you can't get access to it via Ubisoft Plus on Xbox, as it's only included as part of the PC version of that subscription service for now.
Here's a bit more information about what you can expect from The Settlers: New Allies on Xbox:
"The Settlers®: New Allies is a strategy game with an in-depth build-up experience and real-time strategic battles. Experience a story-driven campaign set in the world of The Settlers, or go for the special Hardcore mode and its additional challenges."

This is my sort of game, but the reviews haven’t been great for the PC version. I’ll likely pick this up in a sale somewhere down the line.
I was going to use Ubi+ for the short free trial or for a month to give this a go, as while I've loved old Settlers games yeah the reviews aren't amazing...
Absolute joke it's not on Ubi+ given the sky-high cost of that for how much is on it - so will probably just wait a few months for this to be 50 to 75% off and give it a go then...
Didn’t have the best reviews
Ubisoft really wants Ubi+ to fail on Xbox by the looks of things. Xbox users being treated as second rate citizens, paying more for the service than PC users but you get less.
The whole point of having plus much like game pass is the day one release.. honestly on the PC or can be worth a month here and there for them not to have it day one defeats the point.
@Kaloudz
Have they confirmed they are putting Mirage on Ubisoft+?
@Kaloudz
Nice I may have to subscribe a month too when Mirage comes out then if I like it wait for the inevitable 60 day later 50+% off discount lol
It’s bit pricey to be honest but does look good so I’d have to watch some gameplay first before I decide on it.
