It's only been a week since the release of AEW: Fight Forever on Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S (along with various other platforms), and we're already learning of a massive new mode coming to the game soon!
This mode, which will be a free download for all owners of the game, will introduce the "Stadium Stampede" as a massive 30-player battle royale. Here's how THQ Nordic is describing it so far:
"30 wrestlers enter the stadium. Only one can reign supreme. Stadium Stampede "Battle Royale" mode is a FREE download coming soon to AEW Fight Forever!"
You can check out a teaser for AEW: Fight Forever's "Stadium Stampede" mode above, which shows that you'll be able to take advantage of special abilities, pick up weapons all around the stadium, and even ride on Adam Page's horse!
It definitely looks like a wild addition to a game that we've been enjoying so far, and we're very eager to see how it fares when it gets added in the near future. There's no date yet, but we'll let you know when we hear more.
How are you finding AEW: Fight Forever so far? Tell us down in the comments section below.

As someone that's not a fan of wrestling or battle royales.....this legitimately makes me want to buy the game because if how wacky it would be.
@InterceptorAlpha I know! I want it now.
Wow, this looks like a great update.
I hope they keep supporting this game like they indicated that they will. Well done to them so far.
That's incredible lol
Alright, That’s actually an amazing idea and looks so cool. Would be an absolute blast to play.
I can't wait, I'm really enjoying this game. The matches against people can go either way too
Me and my 9 year are having a blast
Now add the acclaimed, because everybody loves the acclaimed ✂️✂️✂️
For a moment I thought it was a free-to-play mode for anyone who wanted to try the game.
@Lup That would been a genius move. Sadly they did not.
Hopefully this works well and finds more success than Rumbleverse did.
@RustyStag The Acclaimed Tweeted out a few days ago that they are coming soon having just been scanned for the game.
@RustyStag I don't know why they haven't already added the most popular tag team in the company in either a free update or as paid DLC. Absolute bonkers, especially because they've been over for months. This isn't like Yaya Valkarie, who is new, or Statlander's return and new gimmick, there's no reason why the Acclaimed shouldn't be ready with Daddy Ass.
This game is exactly what I wanted from a wrestling game lol
