At the Xbox Games Showcase Extended 2023 livestream, Squanch Games revealed an upcoming DLC add-on for its popular first person shooter High On Life. Taking a funny spin on the game's name, 'High on Knife' will be a paid expansion - one that's "coming soon" to the Xbox Game Pass hit.

The team says that High on Knife will be "a bit spookier than what you may expect from High On Life", warning players not to be "too surprised when some weird stuff pops out and scares your hair white". We're ready to take on any High on Life spooks!

High on Knife is "set two years after High On Life ended", so it's safe to expect this DLC to be a continuation of the main game - with all the quirky goofy talking-weapon-nonsense you've come to expect from High on Life.

Speaking of weapons, Squanch Games has provided a sneak peek at two of the DLC guns. 'Harper' and 'B.A.L.L' will be added to the lineup, with the former voiced by Sarah Sherman of Saturday Night Live fame!

We can see this one being pretty popular when it launches - given the sheer popularity of the base game on Game Pass. We'll bring the release date info when we have it, but for now, expect High on Knife to launch on Xbox "soon".
