One of the big reveals from yesterday's Ubisoft Forward event was a huge gameplay blowout for the upcoming Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora - which now has a release date attached. However, we've been stung a little bit here with some DLC content that's free on PS5 and paid on other platforms.
Yep, Ubisoft has detailed the Aranahe Warrior Pack containing "a character cosmetic set and a weapon cosmetic set" based on "traditional Na'vi gear from the Aranahe". The pack will be free for all PS5 players, but a premium add-on across Xbox Series X|S and PC.
For now Ubisoft hasn't revealed a price tag for the Aranahe Warrior Pack on Xbox, but we'd expect it to cost something like $5-$10 extra when the game launches in December 2023.
Despite this disappointing PS5-only freebie, at least it's only a cosmetic pack and won't affect gameplay at all. Speaking of which, the new extended gameplay reveal looked pretty good to us - and you can check it out along with all the big Ubisoft Forward reveals down below!
