Resident Evil 4 Remake is fast approaching as Capcom puts the finishing touches on its latest Resident Evil overhaul following the recent RE2 and RE3 remakes. Although we may see some updates between now and the game's March 24th launch, the game is live and available to preload on Xbox Series X|S.
Resident Evil 4 Download Size Xbox Series X / Xbox Series S
At the moment, Resident Evil 4 remake's install size clocks in at roughly 67gb on both Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S consoles. As mentioned, this could change slightly in the run up to launch but the game's SSD footprint should remain roughly the same between now and March 24.
If you haven't yet pre-ordered Resident Evil 4, or you're opting for a physical copy on Xbox Series X, did you know that you can pre-install the game on Xbox before buying it? Yep, here's how to do just that:

- Open up the Xbox app on mobile
- Search for Resident Evil 4 and select the console version
- Hit 'download to console'
- Select your linked system of choice and voila, the game will start installing!

Wondering where the demo is. The game is less than three weeks away. Safe to say that no one probably even needs this demo. Everyone is buying this game, lol.
Really wanted this day 1. Not for that price though. I've bought it too many times across the gens to be paying that price.
