This is my top played game on Steam and Switch. Probably my favorite game ever. Might as well try it on Xbox too. I just wish the DLC was included on GP, some of it just seems necessary and hard to play without after getting used to them.
To be honest, Civilization VI is much better with 2 major expansions: Rise and Fall and Gathering Storm. Basic game is ok if you are unfamiliar with TBS games or the series itself.
Uh just bought it last month on super special … my bad. Not too bummed as it’s great.
At this point, if you are interested you probably own this game (it has even been free for PC). But, it is an excellent game and one of my favorite strategies out there. Great addition to the service.
I bought the game on sale with all expansions about a year ago. Unfortunately it was really buggy so I just uninstalled it after a short playthrough.
Fortunately I already played it to death on PS4, which strangely enough, had much less bugs than the Series X. It was actually playable on a previous gen console, unlike the current gen console which was almost unplayable, as it glitches every 30 minutes for me 🤔
It's a great game. A next gen patch could have been good to bump the 900p resolution, anyway.
Been playing today for several hours. I see a lot of reviews in the store saying it crashes on xbones constantly but it's running great on SX. I spent so much time on Civ 5 that I just never bothered with 6, but some of the improvements are pretty nice so far.
I will definitely look into the dlc you guys mentioned.
CiVI vanilla is rough
So from someone who owns civ 6 and all dlc on pc and xbox, the bugs happen after turn 200 and your never able to complete a game. I'm gonna try from the cloud to see if it resolves the problem
