As you're probably well aware, Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden are now officially available on Xbox Game Pass as of today, and this also marks the very best way to play the two games on console.
How come? Well, unlike on PlayStation, you can play these two Persona titles at up to 120 frames per-second on Xbox Series X (and reportedly Xbox Series S as well), assuming you've got a TV or monitor that supports the option.
The reason this feature is console exclusive to Xbox is because the PlayStation 5 versions of these two games are just ports of the PS4 versions, whereas today's Xbox Game Pass additions are proper current-gen releases.
It's the perfect excuse to get stuck into these great Persona games, then, and based on our limited testing with the 120FPS option on Xbox Series X (which is automatically activated - there's no toggle for it), it looks and plays extremely well! Atlus has yet to confirm details about resolutions, but we haven't noticed any visual drawbacks so far.
