It's a new year and many developers around the globe are already providing development updates. 343 Industries, the team behind Halo Infinite, is also back and has already shared a friendly reminder.
In a brief post on social media, 343's senior community manager John Junyszek told fans the Infinite roadmap the company released last year (that's 2022), was still the plan for 2023 - this includes the "content and features" right through to June 2023. In saying this, it is "always" subject to change:

"just dropping a friendly reminder that the roadmap we released last year is still our plan of record for content and features through June 2023. Always subject to change"
From 7th March onwards, Spartans can look forward to Halo Infinite's third season 'Echoes Within', new maps, a new weapon (M392 bandit), new equipment (shroud screen) and a new 100-tier battle pass.
Additionally, there are a bunch of other improvements and features on the way to improve the gameplay and quality of life experience. 343 most recently showed off some Season 3 content in December last year:
Apart from the current plans, what else would you like to see from 343 and the Halo series this year? Tell us below.

The roadmap was really negatively received.
I’m hoping we see more cross core in season 3. Some leaks suggest it’s coming. I hope season 4 brings the initial career progression system.
Finally I hope they can deliver on the extra February event for more Reach content.
Can't wait for season 3. I'm totally hooked on the gameplay.
In 343's world, this announcement probably counts as content. "The roadmap we released last year is still our plan."
And?
Considering campaign has Zero replay value without scrapping your save and starting over, Infinite is and had been dead to me since I beat it months ago.
Is there a Cortana skin yet
I am still a believer that Halo Infinite in 2023 will make the jump to Unreal 5. That alone will get me to revisit the game. But no questions about it, 343 has their work cut out for them. I played the game around 140 hours. With 100 easy into the multiplayer. Truth is minus needing more content and a better reward system, the core gameplay is actually very soild and fun. Hence i played that long. But the issues it had showed itself in just to big a way and the content never came.
