In case you've been living under a rock since last night, Nintendo finally unveiled a first look at the new Super Mario Bros. Movie during a special Nintendo Direct, and as you might expect, it's been taking over the internet ever since.
Unsurprisingly, we've also seen some reactions out of the Team Xbox camp. Most notably, VP of Xbox Games Marketing Aaron Greenberg responded to Nintendo President Doug Bowser with his thoughts:
The official Xbox account on Twitter also got in on the action with these humorous replies:
As always, it's great to see Xbox and Nintendo being friendly with each other on social media, and as for the trailer itself, we concur that it looks great so far and hope that it lives up to expectations when it arrives in movie theatres next year!

everyone know the correct way of playing Super Mario 64 is to drop this Penguin off the cliff.
Looking forward to it. I Guess it's also a glimpse into what a Future mario game could look like.
I like the way Xbox is doing things, feels like they are just enjoying with us the Videogame world, they are friends of every player and Videogame company.
Even if they are a videogames company.
What a fitting name, bowser heh
Great trailer btw, looks really fun
Looks decent but Chris pratt isn't the right man for Mario, his voice doesn't fit the role.
Xbox only wish they could get even a million miles close to gaming character recognition our Mario delivers.
They did have a good going with a chap called Mr chief, but we all know what happened there.
@Exerion76 They did a 3DS overview trailer with Mario talking, I 100% understand them opting for a different voice for a full-length movie.
@Syeiko013 Waiting for the Sony complaint
What I found amazing if the fact that if you look closely, you'll see that there is something of Chris Pratt in this Mario face, and something of Jack Blake in this Bowser.
Clearly, the animators had these people in minde when they established their design. It's very subtile, something in the eyes, I don't know what, that match particulary well with these voices.
I loved it !
I really like what I've heard of Jack Black's Bowser. The teaser does a good job of establishing him as an intimidating presence as well.
Chris Pratt as Mario, though... not convinced, at all. Still seems like bad casting to me.
Meanwhile.. Sony is trying to fight everyone.
@Exerion76 Exactly, I'd also get annoyed listening to Mario's original voice all the time. It's fine in the games for a couple of phrases, but in long conversations? No thank you. I'm glad other people realise this as well.
Should of used Charles Martinet for Mario
@ymo1965 Charles Martinet for 90 minutes??? No thanks.
He actually is listed in the credits of the trailer but I didn't bother to search who he plays.
