We don't know about you, but we love those controller designs where you can see the internal components. Xbox doesn't get many controllers like that, but there's a new one coming to market soon courtesy of Razer.
The problem with Razer, as you may well know at this point, is that their Xbox controllers are very expensive. Once again, this latest design is an eye-watering $199.99 - plus, it's only available in the US and Canada.
This particular controller is exclusive to Razer's website (you'll find a link below), and includes all the standard Xbox Wireless Controller features, along with a Quick Charging Stand that can charge in under three hours.
Despite their high prices, we love pretty much all of Razer's Xbox Wireless Controller designs to date, and this is yet another one that has definitely captured our attention. Is it worth the cost? We'll let you be the judge of that one.

Looks great but that price tag, ooof.
Why would I ever buy this? Lol. $199.00. Almost as absurd as buying a PS5 at $549.00.
Looks cool, but I'd at least expect textured grips on the rear for that price range.
Even the Forza Horizon 5 LE controller had them.
No thanks.
I'm set. And it is an Elite to boot:
Seems like a rechargeable standard Controller - offering no tangible upgrades over an official standard controller yet more than double the price and more than I paid for an Elite V2 so I could never justify purchasing!
@Fenbops My thoughts exactly.
@Romans12 These controllers are practically exclusively made for a subset of the market that collect special edition controllers. People like this guy. I never seen that guy personally before, just one of many random collector videos that popped when I searched for it. Not sure how many of these do buy third party controllers, though.
I too collect controllers but not variants, so these mean nothing for me. They cool looking, though.
@InterceptorAlpha
Nice one ….
But my eye is on your chatpad LOL
Nowhere to buy anymore !!
OT , what is extra on this controller other than the shell ? No extra buttons ? No extra profiles ? No grip ? No extra texture ?
Maybe just a better build than the originals but other than that really NOTHING extra on that thing ? Why on earth this price ?
Not interested in a wireless controller at all. Looks great otherwise.
It’s stunning but I love my Xbox controllers in classic boring black
@ParsnipHero To be fair, all officially licensed Xbox controllers, like this, function both via wire and wirelessly.
@InterceptorAlpha agreed but unlike most official ones I'm not paying for a charging dock I won't use.
Im not prepared to pay the price of these, or indeed the other overly expensive controller options, but its no harm to offer options.
I dislike the standard controller a lot though, its 'texture' in the hand is very unpleasent to me and my misses wont even hold it.
Fortunately the Forza special edition ones use some smoother plastics that feel smoother and nicer in the hand, and they weren't very expensive, so I have a couple of them we mainly use.
@InterceptorAlpha is that an elite with just a custom shell?
@RobNZ64 Yea. I bought a clear upper shell and spray painted the inside translucent green.
I love the look of it and wouldn't mind paying extra since it comes with a matching charging stand, but $200? Not a chance...$100 regular price and I'd still wait for a sale!
So what makes this worth over twice as much as a standard controller?
Avoid that brand like the plague after trying to get a refund/replacement on something in warranty!
