The House Of The Dead: Remake Blasts Its Way To Xbox Series X|S Next Week

Update: After getting in contact with the publisher for The House Of The Dead: Remake, we can now confirm that the Xbox Series X|S version will be a free update for owners of the Xbox One version. Great news!

Original story: Following the release of The House of the Dead: Remake for Xbox One earlier this April, the game is now heading to Xbox Series X and Series S next week on September 23rd... but there's no word yet on whether it's a free upgrade.

Details are very limited at the moment, so we'll let you know as soon as we hear more about target resolutions and frame rates for each console, as well as that all-important news about the upgrade path.

Of course, a downside is that you can't use a light gun on Xbox to play The House of the Dead: Remake, but the game did at least add mouse support earlier this year, so you've got a couple of different control options at your disposal.
