343 Industries will apparently be releasing its Halo Infinite August Drop Pod at some point next week. Keep in mind, that the release schedule is always subject to change.
Halo's senior community manager, John Junyszek, shared the rundown via social media - explaining how there were more details to come.
As also previously mentioned, there'll be a "preview blog" released beforehand to provide the rundown on everything. Visors will apparently be part of the focus.
Drops Pods, in case you're not up with Halo's terminology, are essentially quality of life updates released within Infinite's multiplayer seasons. Each one varies in size and scope and is comprised of bug fixes and more to enhance the overall game experience.
What are you hoping to see from this next Drop Pod? Comment down below.

I feel like I'm a broken record, but I'm hoping for a concrete date on a fix for desync. We're moving into month 9 of Halo Infinite with the multiplayer still utterly broken.
The only thing dropping is Infinites player numbers
I absolutely hammered Halo Infinite multiplayer when it came out; maxed out the first battle pass in a month. I rarely get that invested in a multiplayer FPS so I genuinely thought that I'd be playing it for years, but I've hardly played it at all this year. There are enough niggling little technical issues that started to grate on me.
Plus, I like to play the objective game types and people can't seem to get their heads around the need to actually play the objective. How many years have we been doing this now, guys? It's not like Capture the Flag or holding zones on a map are brand new concepts, like.
@InterceptorAlpha 100% with you, I play in a not-populated region(Brazil), and the combo 120-150ping + desync just can't do this game justice, Disruptor gun simple does not work in this condition, can you imagine the necessity to always rely on melee the first guy to get the assault rifle on Last Spartan Standing? Desync simple broke this game.
@Markatron without even mentioning the famous "COD Players" who feel the necessity to camp in the middle of the game, I just stopped counting the times I lose an objective because of those guys...
@Markatron I know how you feel. I've managed to get up to Plat 5 but now I keep getting matched up with morons who will camp to get kills when its King of the Hill or CTF so now I've dropped to Plat 3
