Until Dawn developer Supermassive Games has fully lifted the lid on its latest Dark Pictures title, now at its fourth series entry. The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil In Me takes place within a "strange hotel location" where a bit of a mad owner has decided to turn the place into a massive trap, making checking out of reception a much more terrifying task than usual.
As is the norm with these Dark Pictures games, you'll be trying your best to keep an a-list cast of characters alive (well, or not if you so choose). Oscar nominee Jessie Buckley is the star of the show in this fourth entry: The Devil In Me.
Alongside this story trailer, Supermassive has also detailed a couple of different editions of the game. Of course, there's the standard edition as per usual, along with the "Animatronic Collector's Edition", featuring a creepy-looking bust along with your usual array of extras, like a hotel map, postcards and more goodies.
The Devil In Me hits store shelves this fall, although a more specific date is yet to be announced. If we're going off previous Dark Pictures release dates, we'd expect this one to launch right around spooky season in October.

Whilst I'm not the biggest fan of this developer, huge respect for the way they consistently release their titles to a high standard on a regular punctual basis.
Love The Dark Pictures Anthology and I am looking forward to completing the collection!
Man of Medan is probably the weakest out of all the games. Little Hope has been the spookiest and House of Ashes was just a fun monster romp. This will probably be the goriest. I bet this game will have way more dire consequences than any previous game, too - judging by the theme.
Now, from my understanding, Supermassive has decided that this is just the end of Season 1 of the Dark Pictures Anthology and has plans for a Season 2.
If true, I am hoping Season 2 ditches X1 and PS4 completely and uses UE5.
If the Matrix Experience tech demo is anything to go by, Season 2 could look INSANE and really up the ante on cinematic gaming experiences.
Loved every Dark Pictures game and The Quarry last month, Supermassive games are awesome, Until Dawn to this day is the only Playstation exclusive that I liked.
Beat Man of Medan and Little Hope, still to try House of Ashes and the Quarry, but I loved the first 2 games of the Dark Pictures so I'll give this a look
These have been hit and miss. Man of Medan was okay, Little Hope was pretty bad, but I really enjoyed House of Ashes. I usually pick these up when in the sales. Waiting for the Quarry also.
I still need to pick up a copy of House of Ashes first. And I need to play Little Hope & Man of Medan. I'll get this when it goes on sale for $20.
