There's a bit of hype behind PowerWash Simulator isn't there? No, really, last month you folks seemed to love the announcement post we put out and well, we've got even better news just ahead of release. PowerWash Simulator is coming to Xbox Game Pass day one, on July 14th — that's next week!
So, yeah, not only is this upcoming sim an Xbox console exclusive, it's now another solid addition to the Xbox Game Pass library. Here's what to expect in just over a week's time:
Release the pressure with PowerWash Simulator and wash away your worries with the soothing sounds of high-pressure water. Fire up your power washer and blast away every speck of dirt and grime you can find. Lose yourself to the simple satisfaction of power-washing to a sparkling finish.
The viral sensation has racked up over 18,000 reviews on Steam, where it currently boasts an "Overwhelmingly Positive" user rating. Let's hope that translates to the Xbox Game Pass release later this month.
Will you be grabbing a hose and blasting away the dirt on July 14th? Let us know!

Why? Why is this even a thing? Simulator games are just getting too stupid.
@SecretAgentCat Because some people like them, and they sell. You don't, that's fine, but plenty do. We all like different things, nothing stupid about that.
Yeah, I'm playing this. I loved House Flipper.
I played the Lawn Mowing Simulator a little bit to get some easy achievements. Then I went out and mowed my lawn. Much more rewarding and I got to listen to a podcast.
@themightyant Don’t get me wrong, I like simulator games like House Flipper. Just feels like they are headed in a strange direction with them.
The game I didn't know I needed 🤩
@Clankylad I keep asking the devs on Twitter and all they say is “2022” 🙄 hopefully it will release day1 on GP.
I've heard a lot about this game being pretty relaxing so I'll give it a go for fun. Some of the folks in the comments need to chill out so this game might be exactly what ya need lol.
my son, who loves to use the hose all day for any and everything, is going to love this.
@SecretAgentCat One man's trash is another man's treasure. I wouldn't go out of my way to buy and play these games, but I admit it looks fairly calming.
It’s a non-violent FPS which is strange to even type, but here I am sitting at about 40 hours of playtime on Steam and will probably play again on Game Pass.
I'll give this a shot when it comes out. I played Lawn Mower Simulator, and enjoyed it, but it didn't grip me like others such as Euro Truck Sim have. I find games like this very enjoyable and relaxing, but there's a "sweet spot" between relaxing and dull.
Weird - if anyone wants to pay me to wash my drive way, I have a power washer. Metacritic rates cleaning my driveway a 5 star experience and so life like.
@dsar9012 I never considered the Goat games as traditional simulator games. They are games that are intentionally programmed with bugs and glitches for comedic relief. Still fun never the less.
